What makes the Executive MBA Americas program different?
Its international classroom and network. Connect with classmates throughout North and South America through live, interactive video conferencing as you attend in-person classes with your city’s cohort.
The Americas is a truly global program that will advance your career and boost your leadership potential. This executive MBA program is offered in partnership with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. You will complete your coursework in 17 months and earn two MBAs: one from Cornell University and one from Queen’s University.
Curriculum and Academics
Johnson’s Executive MBA Americas program offers an integrated and sequenced general management curriculum paired with customized projects and cases. Courses focus on management fundamentals, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, leadership, and more. You will also complete a new venture or consulting project and a team-based global business project at an international location.
Every other weekend, you will attend class with peers in your city’s local boardroom. At the same time, you'll connect with classmates across five countries through video conferencing technology—classes are taught live from Cornell’s campus. You’ll interact with classmates and professors, ask questions, complete breakout sessions, and work through the course material as a team.
For in-depth coursework and networking opportunities, all cohorts join together for three residential sessions. These sessions are split between the Cornell and Queen’s university campuses.
